Rooted cuttings will be supplied from early April and will be sent First Class Post.
Orders will be taken and shipped in rotation of receipt.
If a variety is unavailable, we will subtitute with a similar variety, unless other wise stated on
order form.
Acknowledgement of order with reference will be sent via e-mail only.
We will refund the cost of the plants or replace ( if possible), if any of the plants do not give satisfaction,
providing the complaint is made and the goods returned within 10 days of receipt.
All orders should be accompanied by cash,cheque or postal order made payable to R.Turnbull
.
Postage and packing charges;
1st class post , 1-15 plants £5.00, special delivery 1-15 plants £7.50
16-30 plants £7.50, special delivery 16-30 plants £10.00
If plants fail to arrive it is the responsibility of the customer to make a claim on the Post Office (Royal
Mail).
